Terms & conditions
The terms that govern your use of this website and the booking services provided by Reservation Services US LLC.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Reservation Services US LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Georgia, USA (Control No. 25105092), with a mailing address at 1945 Barnett Shoals Rd, Athens, GA 30605, USA. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
We are an independent travel agency, not an airline. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline or government agency. We arrange travel with airlines on your behalf; the airline operates the flight and sets the fare rules.
1. Our role
We act as an independent intermediary that assists you in booking, reserving, upgrading, and changing flights offered by third-party airlines. We do not own, operate, or control any aircraft or airline. Each airline is solely responsible for the transportation it provides and for honoring its own fares, schedules, and conditions of carriage.
2. Service fees
We charge a service fee for the assistance we provide. This fee is separate from, and in addition to, the airfare, taxes, and any charges imposed by the airline. Our service fee is disclosed and itemized to you before you authorize any payment. By authorizing a transaction, you agree to pay both the airline-imposed amount and our disclosed service fee.
Service fees are charged for the work we perform and may be non-refundable once that work is complete, even if the airline later cancels a flight or issues a refund of the airfare. Any non-refundable portion is disclosed before payment.
3. Prices and availability
Fares, taxes, and availability are set by the airlines and can change without notice. A quoted price is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued. We are not responsible for airline price changes that occur before ticketing or for errors in fares published by third parties.
4. Payment authorization
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you give is accurate. You authorize us to charge the total amount disclosed to you, covering both the airline charges and our service fee, for the booking you approve.
5. The 24-hour rule, changes, cancellations, and refunds
Under U.S. Department of Transportation rules, most airline tickets may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without an airline penalty if booked at least seven days before departure. Outside that window, all changes, cancellations, refunds, fare differences, and penalties are governed by the fare rules of the operating airline. Airline refunds are processed by the airline. Our service fees are governed by Section 2.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate traveler names exactly as they appear on government-issued ID or passport.
- Ensure you hold valid travel documents, visas, and meet entry and health requirements for your destination.
- Review your confirmation promptly and notify us of any error.
- Arrive at the airport with sufficient time as advised by the airline.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid to us for the specific booking at issue. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines or other third parties, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, lost baggage, or injury. We provide our website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Intellectual property
All airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
