How booking through an agency works: Reservation Services US LLC books your flight with the operating airline on your behalf. The airline issues your ticket and sets all fare rules. We charge a separate service fee for arranging and managing the booking, disclosed to you in full before any payment.

Service fees
Our service fee is charged in addition to the airline's fare and is always disclosed before you authorize payment. Typical ranges are shown below; your exact fee is quoted before booking.

Service fees are for the assistance we provide and are separate from airfare, airline taxes, and airline-imposed charges. Fees are quoted and confirmed before payment. The figures above are illustrative starting points, not a guaranteed price.
Your 24-hour right: U.S. Department of Transportation rules let you cancel most tickets within 24 hours of purchase without an airline penalty when the booking is made at least seven days before departure. Our service fee policy for cancellations is explained in our Terms & Conditions.
