Reservations
Hold, confirm, review, and manage the details of your itinerary with help from a live agent.
What a reservation is: A reservation holds the details of your intended trip with the airline. A reservation becomes a confirmed ticket only once it is paid for and issued by the airline. Availability and price are not guaranteed until ticketing is complete.
How we help with reservations
- Reviewing an existing reservation and explaining its fare rules in plain language.
- Confirming and ticketing a held reservation.
- Adding travelers, contact details, frequent-flyer numbers, or special requests where the airline allows.
- Coordinating add-ons such as baggage or seating supported by the airline.
- Resending confirmations and record locators.
Bringing us an existing booking
If you already have a reservation — whether you made it yourself or through another agent — share your record locator and the airline, and we can review it and explain your options. Any change is still subject to the operating airline's fare rules and availability.
Service fees
We charge a service fee for managing reservations, separate from any airline fare, fare difference, or airline-imposed charge. Your exact fee is disclosed before you authorize payment.
| Service | What it covers | Service fee |
|---|---|---|
| Reservation review | Explaining an existing itinerary & rules | From $0–$20 |
| Confirm & ticket | Issuing a held reservation | From $25 |
| Add services | Bags, seats, traveler details | From $15 |
Figures are illustrative. Your fee is confirmed before payment and is separate from airline charges. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Independent agency reminder: Reservation Services US LLC is not an airline and is not affiliated with any airline. The operating airline holds your reservation and governs its terms; we assist you in managing it.
