Seat upgrades
Request preferred seats, extra legroom, or a cabin upgrade — subject to what the airline makes available.
Important: Seat selection and upgrades are controlled entirely by the operating airline. We can request and arrange them on your behalf, but availability, eligibility, and price are determined by the airline and are never guaranteed.
What we can request for you
- Standard seat selection (window, aisle, seats together for groups).
- Extra-legroom or preferred-zone seating, where offered.
- Cabin upgrades (for example, economy to premium economy or business) when the airline sells or permits them.
- Paid upgrades, miles or points upgrades, and upgrade waitlists, depending on airline rules.
How it works
Tell us your booking
Share your record locator, airline, and the seating or cabin you'd like.
We check availability
We confirm what the airline offers for your fare and flight, with any airline upgrade cost.
You approve the total
You see the airline's upgrade charge plus our service fee before anything is paid.
We arrange it
We process the request with the airline and confirm your new seat or cabin when granted.
Service fees
Our fee covers arranging the upgrade and is separate from any fare difference or upgrade charge set by the airline.
| Service | What it covers | Service fee |
|---|---|---|
| Seat selection | Choosing or changing standard seats | From $10 |
| Extra-legroom / preferred | Arranging premium seating | From $20 |
| Cabin upgrade | Requesting a higher cabin | From $30 |
Airline upgrade charges and fare differences are additional and set by the airline. All amounts are disclosed and confirmed before payment. Upgrades are subject to availability and airline approval.
