Your 24-hour right

Under U.S. Department of Transportation rules, most tickets can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without an airline penalty, provided the booking was made at least seven days before departure. Outside that window, the airline's fare rules apply. We'll always tell you which applies to your ticket.

Refunds

If a flight is cancelled by the airline, or your fare is refundable, you may be entitled to a refund from the airline to your original form of payment. The airline processes airline refunds. Our service fee covers the work of arranging your change or cancellation and is described in our Terms & Conditions.

Airline change fees and fare differences are separate and set by the airline. Every amount is disclosed before you authorize payment. Refunds are governed by the airline's fare rules.
